Cancellation Window

Cancellations are only permitted within 30 minutes of placing the order or booking the service. Once this 30-minute window has passed, we will be unable to process any cancellation requests.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be issued only if the following two conditions are met: The cancellation request is submitted within 30 minutes of the transaction. A valid and verifiable reason is provided for the cancellation.

Non-Refundable Cases

Requests made after the 30-minute window. Cancellations without a valid or legitimate reason. Services already rendered or products already processed/dispatched.

Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved based on the above conditions, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (subject to your bank's processing time).
