We provide a range of learning sessions and events. This policy outlines how these are delivered to you:

Virtual Delivery (Online Sessions)

Mode of Delivery: All regular sessions, including webinars, online courses, and digital consultations, will be delivered via virtual platforms (such as, YouTube, Zoom, Google Meet, or our dedicated LMS). Access Details: Upon successful registration/payment, you will receive an email containing the meeting link, login credentials, or access instructions within [Insert Time, e.g., 24 hours].

Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access these virtual sessions.

In-Person Delivery (Workshops & Seminars)

Exceptions: Please note that Workshops and Seminars are excluded from virtual delivery unless otherwise specified. Location & Schedule: These events will be held at physical venues. Details regarding the venue address, date, and timing will be provided in your booking confirmation email. Virtual Shipping: Since these are service-based events, no physical products or tickets will be shipped to your email. Your digital confirmation or e-ticket serves as your entry pass.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS once your session booking is processed. If you do not receive access details within the specified timeline, please contact our support team immediately.
