We offer four core services: Yoga for All (virtual group sessions), ReHab Yoga (virtual, physiotherapist-guided therapeutic yoga), Relief on Call (in-person visits for acute pain), and Partner With Us (corporate wellness plans).
No. Yoga for All is designed for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Our trainers guide you at your own pace.
Live sessions are conducted via video call (such as Zoom or Google Meet). After booking, you will receive the session link and schedule via email/WhatsApp.
A stable internet connection, a smartphone or laptop with camera access, and a quiet space with enough room to sit or stand comfortably.
Relief on Call is our in-person service for acute or severe pain cases. Once you request a visit, our team contacts you to schedule a physiotherapist visit at your home or office.
Yes. If our trainer notices signs of chronic pain or an old injury during your sessions, we will guide you toward booking a ReHab Yoga assessment.
No. Our services are supportive therapy and are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please continue any prescribed medication and consult your doctor for medical concerns.
Yes, especially for ReHab Yoga and Relief on Call. This helps our physiotherapists design a safe, personalized plan for your specific condition.
Yoga for All starts at ₹199 (14-day trial), with Foundation, Growth, and Commitment plans available for longer durations. ReHab Yoga starts with a ₹399 assessment session, followed by personalized plans. Visit the respective service pages for full pricing details.
We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets — all through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
